For Omelet:

  • 2 eggs ๐Ÿฅš
  • 2 tbsp milk ๐Ÿฅ›
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped) ๐Ÿง…
  • 1/4 cup tomato (chopped) ๐Ÿ…
  • 1/4 cup capsicum (chopped) ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 2 tbsp carrot (grated) ๐Ÿฅ•
  • Salt to taste ๐Ÿง‚
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter

For Toast:

  • 2 bread slices ๐Ÿž
  • Butter (as needed) ๐Ÿงˆ

Step 1: Prepare Egg Mixture

  • Crack eggs in a bowl
  • Add milk, salt, and black pepper
  • Beat well until smooth

Step 2: Add Vegetables

  • Mix onion, tomato, capsicum, and carrot into eggs
  • Stir properly

Step 3: Cook Omelet

  • Heat oil/butter in a pan
  • Pour egg mixture into pan
  • Cook on medium heat
  • Flip carefully and cook other side until golden

Step 4: Toast Bread

  • Apply butter on bread slices
  • Toast on pan until crispy and golden
