๐ Ingredients:
For Chicken Marinade:
- 500g boneless chicken (cubes)
- 1/2 cup yogurt ๐ฅ
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice ๐
- Salt to taste
For Gravy:
- 2 tbsp butter ๐ง
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 onions (finely chopped) ๐ง
- 3 tomatoes (pureed) ๐
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup fresh cream ๐ฅ
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Salt to taste
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate Chicken
- Mix chicken with yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and salt
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (best 2โ3 hours)
Step 2: Cook Chicken
- Heat a pan and cook marinated chicken
- Cook until tender and slightly golden
- Set aside
Step 3: Prepare Gravy
- Heat butter + oil in a pan
- Add onions and cook until golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste and sautรฉ
Step 4: Add Tomatoes & Spices
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates
- Add chili powder, turmeric, salt, and garam masala
Step 5: Combine Chicken
- Add cooked chicken into gravy
- Mix well and cook for 5โ7 minutes
Step 6: Add Cream
- Add fresh cream and mix gently
- Add sugar (optional) for restaurant-style taste
- Cook for 2โ3 minutes

- Garnish with butter and fresh coriander ๐ฟ
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice

- For smoky flavor, use coal (dhungar method) ๐ฅ
- Use cashew paste for richer gravy
- Donโt overcook after adding cream
