🧾 Ingredients:
- 2 cups macaroni (pasta)
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 cup chicken (boiled & shredded) (optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour (maida)
- ½ cup cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 small capsicum (optional)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Boil Macaroni
Boil macaroni in salted water for 7–8 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Base
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add garlic and onion, cook until soft.
- Add Chicken & Veggies
Add shredded chicken and capsicum. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Make Sauce
Add flour and mix well. Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add Cream & Cheese
Add cream, cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix until smooth.
- Combine Macaroni
Add boiled macaroni and mix well. Add ketchup for extra flavor.
- Serve Hot 🍽️
Cook for 2–3 minutes more and serve hot.
💡 Tips:
- You can skip chicken for a vegetarian version
- Add mushrooms or corn for extra taste
- Use mozzarella cheese for more stretch
