🍝 Creamy Macaroni Recipe

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups macaroni (pasta)
  • 2 tablespoons oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup chicken (boiled & shredded) (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour (maida)
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 small capsicum (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil Macaroni
    Boil macaroni in salted water for 7–8 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Base
    Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add garlic and onion, cook until soft.
  3. Add Chicken & Veggies
    Add shredded chicken and capsicum. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Make Sauce
    Add flour and mix well. Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Add Cream & Cheese
    Add cream, cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix until smooth.
  6. Combine Macaroni
    Add boiled macaroni and mix well. Add ketchup for extra flavor.
  7. Serve Hot 🍽️
    Cook for 2–3 minutes more and serve hot.

💡 Tips:

  • You can skip chicken for a vegetarian version
  • Add mushrooms or corn for extra taste
  • Use mozzarella cheese for more stretch
