What do you eat in the morning?
๐ Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- Optional: chopped tomato, onion, green chili
๐ Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well
- Add milk, salt, and pepper
- Heat oil in a pan
- Pour the mixture and cook on medium heat
- Fold and cook for 2โ3 minutes
๐ Tips:
- Donโt overcook for a soft omelette
- Add veggies for extra flavor
