- Cocoa Powder: ½ cup (unsweetened)
- Protein Powder: 2 scoops (Chocolate flavor or Vanilla)
- Peanut Butter: ½ cup (creamy)
- Honey or Maple Syrup: ⅓ cup
- Milk: ¼ cup (Almond milk or regular milk)
- Dark Chocolate Chips: ¼ cup (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add peanut butter, honey, and milk to the dry mixture. Stir well until it forms a thick, dough-like consistency.
- Set the Base: Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the dish.
- Add Topping: Melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle them over the top.
- Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to set.
- Cut and Serve: Once firm, slice them into bars or squares. Store them in the fridge for a quick healthy snack.
