Ingredients

  • Oats: 2 cups (blended into flour)
  • Cocoa Powder: ½ cup (unsweetened)
  • Protein Powder: 2 scoops (Chocolate flavor or Vanilla)
  • Peanut Butter: ½ cup (creamy)
  • Honey or Maple Syrup: ⅓ cup
  • Milk: ¼ cup (Almond milk or regular milk)
  • Dark Chocolate Chips: ¼ cup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add peanut butter, honey, and milk to the dry mixture. Stir well until it forms a thick, dough-like consistency.
  3. Set the Base: Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the dish.
  4. Add Topping: Melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle them over the top.
  5. Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to set.
  6. Cut and Serve: Once firm, slice them into bars or squares. Store them in the fridge for a quick healthy snack.
