For Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For Topping:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or tomato sauce)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Make Dough
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl
- Add warm water and oil, knead into soft dough
- Cover and let it rest for 1 hour
2. Prepare Base
- Roll dough into a round shape (pizza base)
- Place on baking tray or pan
3. Add Toppings
- Spread pizza sauce evenly
- Add cheese, tomato slices
- Sprinkle oregano & chili flakes
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F)
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and crust is golden
5. Serve
- Add fresh basil (optional)
